This year we are partnering with a local special needs school in our area to give back! If you sign up, please make sure all shirt sizes are due by 4/7/2025 to ensure your team gets a shirt. Sponsorships are available but limited.

Brunch Sponsor
Is recognized at beginning of event and end during awards/raffle drawings, EO will handle breakfast ordering for players unless purchaser specifies they would like to. Social media coverage and recognition are also included. Complimentary signage at event is also included.

This sponsors water/Gatorades/sodas and non alcoholic refreshments for our players, volunteers, staff. If you want to supply your own alcohol, you are more than welcome to do so. Recognition at the beginning of the announcements for sponsorship, social media recognition, and opportunity to provide coozies for beverages used. Hole Sponsor
Sponsor ENCOURAGED to set up a tent, table, chair, and bring promotional materials. HBA to provide signage; recognition @ awards cookout/social media, web site. EO and HBA Events Committee will be in charge of assigning holes for hole sponsors. Hole sign ups are first come first serve.

Includes brunch, both alcoholic/nonalcoholic refreshments, lunch, 8 raffle tickets (2 per person) and play. Range balls, practice time, and cart/scoring is included. Golf club rentals ARE NOT included. The person purchasing the tickets for this event will be responsible to find the players. IF YOU WANT A SHIRT - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE PAID AND SETTLED BY 4/7/2025 AND YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR EO THE SHIRT SIZES. All orders after 4/7/2025 will not be receiving a shirt.

Company will be recognized for donation during raffle drawing. Company can purchase this OR provide a physical prize. This money will go towards providing prizes such as event tickets, speakers for job sites, cool golf themed gifts, and much more! Social Media coverage for every sponsor will be displayed before, during, and after event. Complimentary entry to give out your raffle prize is included as well as lunch if you'd like to attend after play.
